Services

JC Tutoring provides academic tuition services online and/or in person.

Lesson content and availability may vary based on tutor schedules.

We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.

Bookings & Cancellations

Lessons must be booked in advance.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Payments

Fees are communicated before lessons are confirmed.

Payments must be made in advance or as agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Student Responsibilities

Students must arrive prepared and on time for lessons.

Respectful behaviour towards tutors is required at all times.

JC Tutoring is not responsible for academic outcomes; success depends on student effort.

Intellectual Property

Lesson materials provided by JC Tutoring are for personal educational use only.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services but cannot guarantee specific results.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or death/personal injury caused by us.

Safeguarding

Tutors working with children follow safeguarding best practices.

Parents/guardians must ensure appropriate supervision for online sessions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services where a client breaches these Terms or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
